A tensile strength of our body lies in our physical mobility, agility, and how resilient our body is to external peripherals of mass and weight, and springs of motion. Sustaining in an unfavourable environment is the strength of our body, and our body is the only torch-bearer to make this attainable for us to have a body as strong as rock and as unbreakable as a steel beam holding up a skyscraper.
Doctor is our next god, but nobody ever wishes to visit that God, but it's our inservility of our body with self that we make ourselves a home of acute ailments and sickness, and we rest all our hopes on them for our survival and existence. We r our biggest enemy who can't even realise that when our bed of roses becomes a thorn for our body and we embrace it like an inalienable part of us. Reduced work hours and a balanced share of yogic activities and physical exercises help keep debility aloof and a doctor many miles away.
If u sow a bitter gourd, than u can't expect it to be sweet. A creature can't change its spot even if it's provoked a thousand times. A snake never stops dunking, a dog for barking, or a monkey to gallop. Now that animals can work for their feed, then why can't we? So, we must do all those work and activities for which our body is designed rather than just sitting and eating effortlessly.
Here are some tips and tricks for a smooth body functioning and a healthy mind that every individual must practice in their daily lives on a need basis -
* Do some aerobics or extra stretching and fitness exercise to increase oxidation rate and breath-in fresh air.
* Do minutes of running exercises like jogging, jumping jacks, skipping, or simple leaps and jumps.
* Do back press, knee bent, squats, sit-ups, and some of clamping exercises.
* Introduce different yoga postures in your morning exercise for body stretching and elasticity.
* For your mental health and wellness, meditating for a couple of minutes daily helps ease your brain from stress and mental exhaustion and promote sharpen memory and improved nervous system.
* Aerial yoga, invert your body top to bottom,r some of the poses for proper blood circulation to the body, reduce anxiety and mental stress, Cardiovascular Health, improved digestion, and relaxation in muscle cramps.
Our physical strength is our body, and it must be carved and made in shape. We say that a healthy mind lies in a healthy body. If your body is strong, your mind will remain active and functional. Your body doesn't necessarily need a wax-like structure that is amorphous only when it melts. A body should be rigid from outside and like melting cubes of ice from within. A torpid, morbid person spews fire from words that r hollow brags, not tough rags, and strikes none. And a bolt of lightning jolts a body like a stormy, thunder waves having no shock absorber when fall on an object. A strong body is that thunderbolt of lightning.
So, always keep exercising and be a mightier knight to be an armour for others, a kingpin for the needy, and a shield for your loved ones.
