Delish Food, a choice or an obligation

Food Delight
Food is fuel for making our body highly active and functional. It is the only requirement for our enrichment and growth. And living without it is living without our only existence. We can survive without food for up to 3 weeks, without water for 3 days,  and without air for not more than 3 minutes. We can't sustain life on earth without food, air, and water, as these r the only necessities for our survival. We take a heavy 2-course meal and a complete diet for our fitness. But can this food give us all the required nutrients that our body needs?

Food and its yielded Energy

- Today's food is not highly efficacious due to certain impurities of harmful contaminants, high levels of adulteration, sub-standard, degraded quality of added substance making it less effective for the body, and only a portion of such food actually works in our body-making. Such food may or may not give the right amount of nutrients and protein required for our body.

 We say excess of anything is bad and is overly or partly true, with the body signs of plump looking face, a bear belly, loose muscles, and a saggy, sloppy body. Our diet should be on par with the body's needs. Too much eating can cause organ failure, body sickness, accumulation of excess fat, gas trouble, a nauseatic feel due to irregular eating habits, and many more. Craving for eating can kill our hunger but also make our body susceptible to acute diseases. Fasting with eating adds an interstitial time for our body machinery to rest from entering into relapse. Our habit of overeating is a home to illness. Having proper meals and a regular cycle of our food chain can give us a good health recovery and reversal from old-age to novelty. 

Accumulated Fat

Now, as we r moving towards automation with advanced machinery, there excessive use r making us more indolent and lazy, and adding to the quality of food we r having today, making our end stage come closer. Food that is full of artificial agents, substances that r lab grown, scientifically prepared, injected with harmful chemicals and drugs,  knowingly or unknowingly, has become a part of our daily consumption.Eating such obdurate quality of food disturbing our biological cycle, which is aversive to a healthier body growth.

What does food depict about our nature and belongings

- How voluminous our diet is corresponds to the same body type. A skinny body in a low-carb diet, a big fat body always on a rich, heavy diet of deep-fried food, high sugar with refined carbs. And a fit body on lean protein adapts itself in every tough circumstance in all adversities, and they r more likely of an enduring, adjusting nature. And we behave the same way, the way we look. A pudgy, fatty body will look for more space, not in the heart, but more in a living place. They r less corroborative to others, more possessive about their personal space, food, and can't stabilise themselves in an environment that is a bit tough, rigid to maintain a calm composure. Getting mood swings, our indignation on small things, feeling burnt out r some modern age problems that are prevailing in every household and becoming a burning issue that why the young generation is getting so intolerant short tempered by nature. 

Street food or Dining at a restaurant

- Eating out or ordering from outside is just like having a low-hanging fruit when we don't want to make extra effort going into the kitchen and cook for self. And when we go on a dine out we typically eat something that is different from our regular meal. Hoping it's just for a mere taste of tongue but a sheer waste for the body, so we eat them very often by fits and starts erratically. We want a spine-chilling experience for ourselves of eating in public, spend some fun blasting moments with family, friends, go on a long haul, and enjoy every cuisine, best street food like a gourmet.

Restaurant
Sometimes eating in public in a high, classy restaurant or dine-out is just an eye wash for others, a false pretense for gathering fame or to earn social goodwill. Our on and off visits to eateries, public food hubs build a good image in our close circle of friends and relatives when we post online or share in our timeline our special moments about our public activities, social events, religious fest. But also to make ourselves feel special by doing some extraordinary things to please ourselves. It is seen that we spend more money elsewhere than on fulfilling our bodily needs. We need a healthy 2-time meal to make up for the lost hunger and mal-nourishment. And filling that hunger by ordering pre-packaged, ready-made food items at double the cost is hazardous to our health. Giving extra money in exchange of food is your service to them, but getting such low-quality, perished, refrigerated items in return is no kindness. And that's a death trap for a growing, healthy body.

 

Can street food substitute our rich, ritzy fooding style?

U can buy a freshly cooked, hot meal from a local street shop or a nearby food stall at nearly half the price of a big restaurant. But living in a world of gleamer and glam to single out yourself from the crowd, your public vision matters a lot even if u r not a shiny star. When u go to a public place u see lots of new faces, but someone with a good, catchy personality grabs everyone's attention, and every 1 of us wants to show themselves as unique to others, so why don't you, because that distinctive, unique figure among crowds of people to catch there eyes on u .

  2. Got to know how food changes our external presence, adding class to our dining habits , eating quality food, enjoy every bite of your meal homemade or processed.
