Education is a toolset for learners to shape their career and future. It is the piece of knowledge that can only be earned through one's hard work and determination, and can never be stolen; it only grows when shared. It's a source of wisdom and enlightenment. A degree can be purchased with money but not knowledge. It stays within and can only be acquired through learning by breaking every dimensions which r acting as a barrier, restraining us from imbibe the knowledge and wisdom that's our 1st duty to ourselves. It never goes to waste and always work in our mental build up to strengthen our memory, brain grasping power, and make us more wiser,sharper and more of a sage with our continuous learning for progressive growth in our career and future.

-> It is said, "A walk of a thousand miles starts from 1 step at a time". To achieve something bigger in life 1 has to pass through every small stumbling blocks 1st, which r a stepping stone for u to cover your miles of journey. If u dream something bigger in your life than your learning are your stepping stone to make your dreams come true. Learnings r some set of knowledge which r a guide, a key to your working and  laid a framework for a worthwhile future. It gives us an abstract knowledge of something for your work and yielded output.  They r a pavement, an ideation for a deep, solid understanding of something.

Having a shallow understanding of something can be destructive sometimes when your output demands a more explàinatory, thorough response, but your results r very unclear, lop-sided to what is expected. Which demonstrates need for a good education to give you a firm back-up support whenever u r off-track, in dismissal to take a right decision for yourself.

 Learning in realtime

~ As we move from pre-schooler to kindergarten, our life sees a new shift from baseball and toys towards learning, and we infuse our minds with an ocean of thoughts and ideas about nature, culture, history, and numbers. Life goes on in circles of daily happenings of good and bad, but our learning never stops. And every phase of our life teaches something. A burden of books becomes cumbersome as we move from kindergarten to elementary school, then to high school, and intermediate. We spend our money, time, and energy to come out as a processed product from a factory. But r we given the right kind of knowledge and learning worthy enough to get a well-suited work, a reasonable job with enough salary, and a good social status for which we have invested in through all these years in our studies.

* Most of the things we study through books or online media are only a small %age of what sounds useful in real life.Whether that be physics laws, maths theorems, or natural occuring phenomena of science. Very little of it, we can actually derive from our daily lives.

* Getting a bookish knowledge with no real-time demonstration is incomplete knowledge, only for scoring marks in exams, having no significance in real life.

* Learning through online platforms or attending online classes r not so interactive. Digital boards, lessons through slides or video presentation r not much explàinatory and create many doubts in readers' minds.

* In a classroom of a number of students, not all can have the same mental capability and grasping power. Things explained in a class can be easily grasped by some students, but not all. And due to hesitation or a feeling of being misjudged, students don't clarify their doubts openly among everyone.

* Every student pays equal fees, but all r not mentally alike. Faculties give their major focus on bright students who can give them better results and mostly turn a blind eye to those who r not so talented, dumbfounded. This is 1 drawback of group studies.

Trend of online Education

~ Nowadays, our studies have become so simple with an innumerable number of online learning platforms with which we can easily master the art of learning. With advanced training available online and easy-to-understand online tutorials, our physical classrooms r now just becoming a showpiece material for publicity to be hung as a hall of fame or some clips for a brochure 

We can get world-class education online at a minimum pay than in an offline learning under a trainer orchestrating us, pointing out our inability, and sometimes picking faults in our work. We can get 1-to-1 doubt-clearing sessions and an easy explanation of our queries in an online mode.

But there r still some downsides of online learning  that 1 must look into  -

* Taking certification online through a prestigious board or organisation is considered, but doing it with a non-reputed platform that may even give u good learning, but a certificate earned from there is just a piece of paper.

* Sometimes our money goes to waste when an online tutor or course looks so genuine, and knowledge worthy while registering, but turned out to be a great boast, little roast with all hype and no show in reality.

* We become victim of online scams while paying for certain courses online, which appear to be from some trusted sources but are actually a fraud money making business for scammers to charge by fooling us.

* We can easily raise a query and get it answered in a physical classroom   than a digital. Any doubts in an online class remain as in becoz we can't get a spontaneous reply to our queries in an online mode, and wait for the comments to be read and answered through FAQs.So, online sessions r not as interactive and answerable as an offline class could be. for a learner.

 Competitive exams, job vitality, and falling health

~ We spend years studying just for a good-paying job and a stable future. Our health goes down, our body becomes frailer, weaker in prepping up for exams, for a good ranking, and a good job. But after all these years of hardwork what we get in output is poor health and an uncertain future after failing in exams. Now, since a job is our 1st need, no job, no afterlife of marriage, family, and saturation in career. So, we keep on trying for good results. After paying a good amount in studies, there is always a 50-50 probability of clearing exams with flying colors or meeting with dejection. 

We say no pain, no gain. U can't excel in your studies, exams, or in your work without putting yourself like a hard-core worker in your work. A health deterioration is pretty obvious when u give your heart and soul into something. But what's worse than that is that we gave up on ourselves to work hard after failing once or twice. Some unforeseen situation of failing in exams or job loss puts us into depression, or sometimes we resort to committing suicide.

Success and failure r 2 phases in everyone's life. And 1 go with subsequent trials after failing once till they succeed.   It is a bitter pill to swallow, but hard work is the only key to success. And If u need success u have to be a thirsty crow. There is no such magic trick to give u things of your desire at your feet with 0 effort. We run after good grades in exams, than a good job, package, career growth and keep on learning something new in every of these stages to make ourselves a better person in life  Our studies never stops , and we kept on educating ourselves  do our bachelors, masters , PhD but what is seen in the end is how much successful we r , our money power and a status in society but not our degree which is just a piece of paper in eyes of others.
